Also, have you seen the unofficial "official committee statement" that a conference organizer posted?
yeah, I saw it. I sent them a very nicely worded, passionate-but-not-too-ragey e-mail about the whole thing and how it Reflects Poorly On Them As Organizers, etc.
Annnnyway, e-mails and a few tagged tumblr posts are really the least I can do here, really. Maybe mention how they’re not being very well represented by a guy who runs a blog titled with a racial slur that posts pictures of genocide as “inspiration”.)

pretty sure it’s not slander (let alone “deformation of character” lololol forever) if it’s, you know… true. Ryan Cassata claims to not abuse his white privilege while running a blog that is titled with a racial slur. That’s not slander, it’s, you know, public record.
